We are very happy to go through everything with you with no commitments. We want you to be happy and confident in knowing that if you use Property Video Productions you will receive a high quality product. Afterall, this is what your looking for. We will guide and advise you through every stage of the whole bespoke video making process.

Once you've decided that you'd like to get the work done, we will arrange a convenient time to come and meet you at your property and do a 'reccy'. We will ask you to show us around inside and outside, and simply talk about the things you see as being important details as well as how you want the product marketed.

We'll then sit down over a coffee or tea and take many notes from the conversation and offer any advice from the producer and director on what we think will make the video or stills look great. We'll advise on best times of day to shoot and what help we might need from you, or if we require any 'extra' people to stand in etc and other fine details.

Voiceover and Sound Track


If you would like a voiceover for the video we will design a bespoke script and work closely with our team of voiceover artists.

We'll then go away and work out a shot list based on our notes and create a 'storyboard'. We'll send you this for approval or for anything we may have left out and then get back to you so that you can book in a convenient time for us to come down.

Finishing Touches and Delivery


When the filming is over we'll go away and edit the video adding a sound track and voiceover if required. When you are happy with the video we will supply it any format under the sun, web, dvd or smart phone etc.
